CONSTRUCTION OF AUTOMATIC FILLING MACHINE OF GREEK TRADITIONAL YOGHURT

With orientation towards the modernization and the innovation of our everyday occupation of the production of the Greek traditional yoghurt we found out there is a need to produce a new way of filling the containers. All along in our unit and to equivalent production units of traditional yoghurt throughout Greece, the filling of the containers was done by hand to each one. To the certain stage of production we had to reduce multi-hour occupation by hand and the risk of microbiological infections due to the immediate contact of the personnel with the raw material.
So, there was the need of designing and construction of this machine, so as to secure the quality of the products and the best possible work conditions for the staff. Equivalent automated systems, which we could purchase, do not exist in our country, not even worldwide. We could not find it worldwide because traditional yoghurt, due to its peculiarities in its stages of production, is not produced in no other country; and in our country because there has not been constructed yet a filling machine which covers our need for an automated function and to improve the health conditions of the product.
